Adverse reactions to aspartic acid are: headaches/migraines, nausea, abdominal pain, fatigue, sleep disorders, vision problems, anxiety attacks, depression, and asthma/chest tightness. The second isolated amino acid in aspartame's chemical structure is phenylalanine, fifty percent of aspartame's 3-D structure. Too much phenylalanine causes seizures, elevated blood plasma, is dangerous for pregnancy causing retardation, PMS caused by phenylalanine's blockage of serotonin, insomnia, and severe mood swings.

There are 4 stages of general anaesthesia. The first is drowsiness, confusion and analgesia. The second stage involves excitement, euphoria, spontaneous muscle movements, hallucinations (auditory and visual). The third stage is loss of consciousness, and the fourth stage is heading into coma, where the patient stops breathing. Anaesthetists generally aim for the upper levels of stage three, which is why some people 'wake up' during the operation - they've drifted up into stage two. From personal experience, I think that recreational use of inhalational anaesthetics (N2O and ether) induce stage 2 and sometimes stage 3, depending on the pattern of use.

People who are dealing with extreme complications of their diabetes, especially those with end-stage kidney disease , often have trouble with hypoglycemia. When a person's kidneys are not functioning properly, they cannot "clear" insulin from their bodies. Dialysis will perform this function, clearing either the body's own insulin or the injected insulin. But if someone on dialysis misses a dialysis appointment and does not change their insulin dosing regimen to accommodate for that, they may have an episode of hypoglycemia.

You aren’t seeing any results with your workouts, so why continue? What’s your goal? If it’s to lose weight then cut back on the workouts, do the diet and lose all your weight, then go back to your old workouts on maintenance and after the diet. Don’t keep doing what’s not working. I guarantee you are working out too much and not eating enough, putting you into starvation mode. Don’t over think the diet. Just do it as directed and get the results you deserve. Only changes should be made if you HAVE to workout, like for work. Sorry to be so blunt, but I can tell you are frustrated and I want you to get good results.

What this whole article is saying is that the vegan diet “may” have this, or “may” lack this. Literally any diet can be done incorrectly. For instance, I could write an article how an omnivorous diet is unhealthy because they “may” only eat bacon cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets. You say that vegan diets are bad because they lack some nutrients—-ever heard of supplementing? I supplement nutrients that the vegan diet could need assistance of, and so do all of my vegan friends. As for B12 and Iron, a study was done that proved that meat eaters are just as defficient, in some cases, more deficient than vegans observed in the same study. What’s that tell you? The vegan diet IS the most healthiest diet on earth if it is done correctly. We get protein from sources without unhealthy saturated fats and cholesterol. We support the animals and try give them a voice. We are thriving in vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, and antioxidants. My blood tests can prove this. I don’t understand trying to promote an innocent thing as something harmful? We are saving animals, saving the planet, and saving ourselves. Of people can just accept that, it wouldn’t be an issue. Its time for us to break away from societal norms and find an ethical, healthy balance.
